Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and production processes.

Mineral wash garments are individually treated and may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance. These variations are considered part of the garment's unique character and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. While we make every effort to ensure accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed.

Order Acceptance

House of Yokai reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of House of Yokai.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once an order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Changes

Requests to update a shipping address must be submitted before an order enters production or ships. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

House of Yokai is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delivered But Not Received Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, House of Yokai is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist in helping you investigate the issue.

Wrong Size, Incorrect Design, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item, damaged product, defective product, or a design different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Addresses

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout may be reshipped once the customer pays the applicable reshipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

House of Yokai offers a 30-day return and exchange policy on eligible purchases.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for a replacement at no additional charge upon verification.

House of Yokai reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, product designs, logos, text, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the exclusive property of House of Yokai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Yokai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
